Privacy policy
Last updated October 9, 2026
This policy covers octane7.com and Octane7’s games, including Final Siege on iOS, Android and the web. Octane7 (“we”) is responsible for the data described here.
What we collect
- Your Octane7 account, if you sign in. You sign in once, at accounts.octane7.com, for every Octane7 game. When you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name, email address, profile photo (Google only) and a user ID. Apple lets you hide your email; we then receive a relay address instead. A cookie on octane7.com keeps you signed in for 30 days. We use this only to let you play our browser demos and to contact you about your account if needed.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Game progress. The mobile games and the browser demo save your progress on your own device. It isn’t sent to us.
- Purchases. Apple and Google handle payments. We get a record that a purchase happened, never your payment details.
We don’t show ads, sell your data or use third-party tracking.
Who processes it
- Google Firebase Authentication stores your sign-in account.
- Cloudflare hosts octane7.com.
- Apple and Google process app store purchases under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account until you ask us to delete it. Server logs are kept for a short period by Cloudflare.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time at accounts.octane7.com. To see, correct or delete your account data, email privacy@octane7.com from the address on your account and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have further rights, such as data portability or the right to complain to a regulator.
Children
Our games aren’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has signed in, contact us and we’ll delete the account.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date above, and for significant changes we’ll let signed-in players know.
