By using octane7.com or playing an Octane7 game, you agree to these terms.

The games

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to play our games. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are also governed by those stores’ terms, including their refund policies.

Your account

You sign in to your Octane7 account (one for all our games) with your Google or Apple account and are responsible for keeping it secure. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the site, such as attempts to disrupt the service or access it in unauthorized ways.

Our content

Final Siege, its art, music and code belong to Octane7 or our licensors. Press and creators may use the material in our press kit and gameplay footage in reviews, videos and streams.

No warranty

The site and the browser demo are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.
